Years of experience and pursuing what it means to lead a balanced life, these two women are the perfect team for helping you find your groove.

Introducing your hosts:
Dr Julienne Fenwick (Holistic Medical Doctor) who practices holistic and integrative medicine in Hermanus and has a unique perspective on optimizing health. Her passions include gut health and treating burn-out (adrenal stress and fatigue), balancing hormones and inspiring lasting lifestyle changes.
Nicola Cunningham, a natural medicine practitioner and gourmet plant-based chef, has had 15 years’ experience in the health and wellness field. She believes that food and nature is medicine and that we all have the potential to live vibrant, healthy lives. Nicola starts every morning with a refreshing swim in the ocean and regular walks in the mountain.
