If no cancellation policy is selected or included in any listing or service on this platform then our moderate cancellation policy shall apply.
You can amend or cancel your booking free of charge within 24hours of making a booking unless the retreat, course or workshop is scheduled to start within that time.
Flexible
100% refunded for cancellations made 14+ days prior to the experience.
80% refunded for cancellations made 7+ days prior to the experience.
0% refunded for cancellations made 0 – 6 days prior to the experience.
Moderate
100% refunded for cancellations made 30+ days prior to the experience.
50% refunded for cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to the experience.
0% refunded for cancellations made 0 – 14 days prior to the experience.
Strict
100% refunded for cancellations made 60+ days prior to the experience.
0% refunded for cancellations made 0 – 59 days prior to the experience.
Hosts own cancellation policy

Failing which the moderate cancellation policy shall apply.
